The intimate atmosphere of our monumental building, you can really enjoy timeless. The well-stocked wine cellar makes the experience complete.

Our restaurant has been awarded a star by Michelin and is ranked 50 on the Lekker500.

Patron Cuisinier Lars van Galen and his team cook with the seasons. Not because it is trendy, but because what comes from the land is full of flavour: from asparagus from Twente soil in spring to local game in autumn, for example.

Dining in the kitchen

Lansink's Chef's table

Unique to Twente, Lansink's own chef's table. There are 3 high bar tables and a maximum of 14 seats. You can look directly into our kitchen and experience how Lars van Galen and his white bridgade prepare your dishes and those of other guests.

The Chef's Table can be hired exclusively as a group, starting from 10 persons.
Last-minute reservations for 2 or more people are also possible.
