From what time can I check in?
You can use your room from 14:00.
What time do we have to check out?
On the day of departure, you can keep the room until 11.00 am. Do you wish to leave later? Please ask our reception staff about the possibilities of a lazy day arrangement.
I will be staying with you for the night, can I have dinner with you?
We recommend that you always reserve a table with us. On the day itself, we cannot guarantee that a table will still be available.
Can we upgrade our room?
This is possible (subject to availability) for € 25.00 per night. Please contact us for availability.
What are the bar's opening hours?
If you would like to enjoy a drink, our attractive hotel lounge is located on the ground floor. Opening Hours: Open daily from 11.00 hrs. Depending on availability, the opening and closing times of the bar may differ.
Do you have a terrace?
When the weather is nice, you can sit down for a drink in our attractive garden. At the front of the hotel we serve lunch and dinner when the weather is nice. If you wish to dine on the terrace, we will follow the order of entry. It is not possible to make reservations.
Can I have something extra put in the room?
This is possible. If you wish, we can place a nice bottle of wine, a bottle of bubbles, an etagère with delicacies or a bouquet of flowers in your room. For orders, please contact our reception.
What time do you serve breakfast?
We serve breakfast on weekdays from 07:00 to 09:30. At the weekend (and on public holidays) from 08.00 to 10.30 hrs.
Are pets welcome?
You may bring your pet in a number of rooms. We charge € 15.00 per night. Please indicate this when you make your reservation so that we can take it into account when allocating the rooms. Pets are not allowed in our restaurant and the general areas of the hotel.
I want to cancel or change my reservation, is this possible?
You certainly can. Most rates are flexible and can be cancelled or changed without charge up to 24 hours before arrival. In case of no-show, we will charge you the 100% cancellation fee. Only if you have booked a non-refundable rate and have already paid, cancellation is unfortunately not possible. If you have made a reservation through a booking channel (Expedia, Booking.com etc.) you will always have to arrange your change or cancellation through them. We also apply flexible conditions there, but you can always check with the relevant booking channel.

What is a non refundable reservation?
This is a reservation with the cheapest rate. This reservation must be paid for directly online during the booking process and cannot be cancelled or changed.
Where can I park?
Free parking is available all around the hotel. Do you want to charge your electric car? Ask at our reception for the availability.
Can we rent a bike?
The hotel has several hotel bicycles. Do you want to be sure of availability? Then reserve a bicycle at our reception.
I forgot something, what can I do?
In case of loss of your items, please contact the hotel at info@hotellansink.nl. Found items will be kept in a fixed place according to legal requirements. Shipping of your items can be arranged, shipping costs will apply.
