What does the evening look like?

At 18.00, we welcome you with a delicious sparkling aperitif in the atmospheric goods shed of Museum Buurtspoorweg in Haaksbergen. Here, your culinary journey begins with one of the authentic steam trains.

During the two-and-a-half-hour drive through the Twente countryside, you will be pampered culinarily by the team of SVH Master Chef Lars van Galen with a 5-course dinner and we will serve matching wines, beer or soft drinks.

On the way, we make a stop in Boekelo where you can stretch your legs and have a look in the museum's winter shed. Beautiful, historic carriages and detailed model railways are on display here.

In the meantime, the locomotive is shunted and when you have taken your seat again, we drive back to Haaksbergen, where we finish the ride with a fragrant cup of coffee and sweets.
